KUALA LUMPUR, Bursa Malaysia, which opened slightly up, turned lower soon after on cautious trading sentiment following the negative Wall Street performance overnight. At 9.10 am, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) eased 0.71 of-a-point to 1,632.83 from Wednesday’s close of 1,633.54. The index opened 0.16 of-a-point higher at 1,633.70. At 9.45 am, spot month for July 2024 and December 2024 fell 2.0 points each to 1,638.0 and 1,632.0, respectively, while August 2024 eased 1.5 points to 1,642.0 and September 2024 declined 2.5 points to 1,625.0.
