PCOO regularizes long-time COS personnel

Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar has announced the regularization of more of its employees on the occasion of the agency’s 11th anniversary. Andanar led the oath-taking ceremony and signing of the appointment papers of the newly regularized personnel on Monday at the PCOO’s new office in Times Plaza Building along Taft Avenue in Manila. An additional 32 regular employees were hired while 15 personnel were regularized, the PCOO said in a press statement. San Juan cemetery begins accepting booked visitors

The San Juan city government has started processing online bookings for cemetery visits as the Covid-19 pandemic will not allow the usual observance of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Days on November 1 and 2, respectively. The San Juan public cemetery and private columbaries will only allow booked appointments from October 18 to November 7, except on October 29 to November 2 when the cemetery will be closed. Former US President Clinton discharged from hospital

Former US President Bill Clinton was discharged from a California hospital on Sunday after being treated for an infection, his spokesman said.
