2 Arrested and PHP3.4 Million Worth of Shabu Seized in Bataan Buy-Bust

Manila: Two alleged high-value drug suspects were apprehended, and PHP3.4 million worth of suspected shabu was confiscated in a coordinated anti-drug operation in Dinalupihan, Bataan.

According to Philippines News Agency, the suspects, known by their aliases ‘Nai,’ 43, and ‘Abdul,’ 32, are both residents of Barangay Mabini Proper. The authorities seized five knot-tied plastic sachets containing approximately 500 grams of suspected shabu, a black mobile phone, a marked PHP1,000 bill placed over boodle money, and a black belt bag during the operation.

The operation, which took place around 11:25 a.m., was a joint effort involving the Bataan Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Unit, Dinalupihan Municipal Police Station, Bataan Provincial Intelligence Unit, and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, including its interdiction unit in Central Luzon.

The suspects and the confiscated items were taken to the Dinalupihan Municipal Police Station for documentation and the filing of appropriate charges.
