Clark: The 2025 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Customer Experience Awards, organized by Airports Council International (ACI) World, has named Clark International Airport (CRK) as among the six "best at arrivals" globally.
According to Philippines News Agency, 'To be named among the world's Best Airports at Arrivals is a proud moment for Clark International Airport and for the Philippines. This recognition reflects the hard work of our team and partners who ensure that every passenger is welcomed with efficiency, comfort, and genuine Filipino hospitality," Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp (LIPAD) president Noel Manankil was quoted as saying in a post on CRK's Facebook page.
ASQ is a global benchmarking program that measures passenger satisfaction in real time while travelers are at the airport. The same survey cited 88 airports that are "best at departures."
'These awards reflect the collective efforts of airport teams and stakeholders worldwide," ACI World Director General Justin Erbacci was quoted as saying. According to ACI World, the 2025 ASQ Experience Awards "recognizes airports globally that passengers have said performed best".
The awarding ceremony is scheduled during the ACI World Experience Summit in Istanbul from Aug. 31 to Sept. 4, the organizer said.
