NegOr BPO Expands to Bigger Site, Creating More Job Opportunities

Dumaguete: A business process outsourcing (BPO) company that has sustained its operations in this capital for more than 16 years is now expanding its operations with a new site and more jobs to offer. Rommel Regino, senior executive vice president and chief executive officer of Inspiro, said in a media interview on Tuesday that the firm will be providing more jobs once it has transferred to its new location at the newly constructed Cybergate Dumaguete building.

According to Philippines News Agency, Regino announced that the current workforce of 2,100 seats will soon increase to 2,400, as they will be hiring 300 more employees. Inspiro and Infocom, under the mother company Altius, will occupy the 5th to 7th floors of the Cybergate building, a new complex annexed to the Robinsons Place shopping mall in this city.

Regino mentioned that these floors will not only house workspaces but will also include features designed to provide a better working environment and safe spaces for relaxation. The new site will offer employees' lounges, lockers, an entertainment room, training and conference rooms, and a cafeteria.

About 90 percent of the employees are from Dumaguete and other parts of Negros Oriental. The firm will start transferring this week and aims to inaugurate the new site this September.
