Cagayan de oro: The Land Transportation Office (LTO) 10 (Northern Mindanao) on Wednesday began deploying teams in this city as part of preparations ahead of the Holy Week, an official announced. LTO-10 Director Nelson Manaloto stated that personnel are divided into mobile roadside units and those stationed at major transport terminals in this city.
