KOTA BHARU, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) has established two new research centres, namely the Innovation and Entrepreneur Incubator Centre (IEIC) and the Gold, Rare Earth and Minerals Techno-Entrepreneurship Centre (GREAT). GUA MUSANG, The Ministry of Plantation and Commodities (KPK) has approved 16,000 applications for the BUDI Agri-Commodities programme across Peninsular Malaysia as of Tuesday (Aug 13).
