GUA MUSANG, The Ministry of Plantation and Commodities (KPK) has approved 16,000 applications for the BUDI Agri-Commodities programme across Peninsular Malaysia as of Tuesday (Aug 13). KUALA SELANGOR, The remains of singer and influencer Muhammad Nidza Afham Mokhtar were laid to rest at the Puncak Alam Islamic Cemetery at 6.45 pm today. Earlier, his body was brought to Masjid Puncak Alam for funeral prayers before being transported in a hearse to the cemetery, arriving at 6.15 pm. The burial of Muhammad Nidza Afham, 23, took place in good weather and was attended by family members and friends. His elder brother, Muhammad Nidza Irfan, 33, said that the family hopes the authorities will conduct a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of his younger sibling.

KUANTAN, The progress of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project which includes four states — Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu and Selangor — has reached 70.13 per cent completion as of last month, said Transport Minister Anthony Loke.
