PhilHealth to Launch Pre-Validation System for Premium Payments Starting December 15

Manila: The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) announced on Thursday that several accredited collecting agents (ACAs) are set to initiate the rollout of a pre-validation system for premium contribution payments beginning December 15. This initiative is part of PhilHealth’s efforts to streamline and enhance the payment validation process for its members who utilize the over-the-counter collection scheme. According to Philippines News Agency, the development follows PhilHealth Circular No. 2022-0021. The ACAs that are prepared to implement the new system include Bank of Commerce, Bank One Savings Corporation, Century Rural Bank, CIS Bayad Center, Penbank Inc., and Philippine Business Bank, Inc.
