275 Evacuated, Over 4K Passengers Stranded in Bicol Due to Wilma

Manila: The Office of Civil Defense in Bicol (OCD-5) reported on Saturday that 96 families or 275 individuals have sought shelter in evacuation centers as continuous rains from Tropical Depression Wilma and the shearline affect the region. According to Philippines News Agency, OCD-5 spokesperson Gremil Alexis Naz said most of the evacuees are from Masbate, with 92 families (262 individuals), while the remaining four are from Catanduanes (13 individuals). Dolores: Tropical Depression Wilma accelerated slightly hours after making landfall in Dolores, Eastern Samar, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday. PNP-ACG Arrests 106 and Files 188 Complaints in Cyber Crime Crackdown

Manila: The Philippine National Police-Anti-Cyber Crime Group (PNP-ACG) arrested 106 individuals and filed 188 complaints in November, according to a report over the weekend. According to Philippines News Agency, of the 188 complaints filed, 120 were under regular filing and 68 via inquest proceedings.
