Dolores: Tropical Depression Wilma accelerated slightly hours after making landfall in Dolores, Eastern Samar, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday. Manila: The Philippine National Police-Anti-Cyber Crime Group (PNP-ACG) arrested 106 individuals and filed 188 complaints in November, according to a report over the weekend. According to Philippines News Agency, of the 188 complaints filed, 120 were under regular filing and 68 via inquest proceedings.
