Tokyo: The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has issued a show cause order against a father in Echague, Isabela, following the circulation of a video that shows a minor driving a vehicle. The video, which captured widespread attention, depicts the child’s father seated in the back as the young driver operates the vehicle, posing a risk to other road users.
