Manila: A low pressure area (LPA) situated outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) alongside four additional weather systems are anticipated to cause rain across the majority of the country, as reported by the weather bureau on Sunday. Manila Implements Ban on Face-Concealing Headgear in Public Places

Manila: The Manila City government has instituted a ban on wearing headgear that conceals the face in government, commercial, and public establishments, as well as in public areas, except when necessary. The new regulation aims to enhance public safety and security within the city. Dagupan city: The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) is urging parents and teachers to closely monitor the content children are consuming, not only on TV and films but also online. Speaking during a seminar on responsible viewing in Dagupan City, MTRCB Chairperson Diorella “Lala” Sotto-Antonio noted that online content are not under the agency’s jurisdiction.
