Manila: A low pressure area (LPA) was detected 210 kilometers east of General Santos City, as stated in the 4 a.m. bulletin issued by the state weather bureau on Sunday. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that the LPA will lead to cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms across Caraga, the Davao Region, Northern Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Albay, Masbate, and Sorsogon.
