Camarines sur: The Department of Agriculture in Bicol (DA-5), through its Organic Agriculture (OA) program, distributed carabao to farmers from San Jose, Camarines Sur, on Wednesday. Baguio: The Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) will deploy more than 800 police officers and volunteers to ensure peace, order, and public safety during the observance of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Days. Basilan: A rubber tapper was killed Thursday morning after an explosion ripped through the plantation where he was working in a remote village in Sumisip, Basilan, police reported. Capt.
