Davao City Gov’t Issues Guidelines for Undas Cemetery Visits
Davao city: The city government has released guidelines for cemetery visits in observance of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Days, also known as Undas. In a public advisory, the city announced that public cemeteries will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. between October 30 and November 3. A ‘no overnight stay’ policy will be strictly enforced in public cemeteries, while private cemeteries may set their own operating hours. According to Philippines News Agency, visitors using private vehicles should note that a ‘one entrance, one exit’ traffic scheme will be implemented. Medical tents will be stationed at the entrances
