Maguindanao del norte: About PHP87 million worth of seized illegal drugs were destroyed using an incinerator of a thermal plant in Maguindanao del Norte, officials reported Tuesday. Bicol: The National Irrigation Administration in Bicol (NIA-5) has allocated over PHP5 million in livelihood assistance funds to 33 irrigator associations in the Bicol Region.
