Manila: The state weather bureau on Monday warned of life-threatening conditions in the northern portion of Northern Luzon as Super Typhoon Nando moved closer to Babuyan Islands. Manila: Oil companies will increase prices of fuel products by up to PHP1 per liter on Tuesday. 28,000 Families Hit by Southwest Monsoon and Two Cyclones

Manila: Families affected by the combined effects of the southwest monsoon (habagat) and tropical cyclones Mirasol and Nando have reached 28,014 as of Monday morning.
