BTr Fully Awards Reissued Treasury Bond

Manila: The Bureau of the Treasury (BTr) fully awarded the reissued Treasury bond (T-bonds) during Tuesday’s auction. With a remaining term of 18 years and 10 months, the T-bond fetched an average rate of 6.584 percent. The auction was almost twice oversubscribed with total tenders reaching PHP39.5 billion. According to Philippines News Agency, the Committee decided to raise the full program of PHP20 billion. This brings the total outstanding volume for the series to PHP212.7 billion.
