Manila: Japan has committed a total funding of PHP150 million for a scholarship grant for qualified young Filipino government employees, as part of its Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS). In a Facebook post on Monday, the Japanese Embassy in the Philippines announced that Ambassador Endo Kazuya and Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Enrique Manalo signed and exchanged notes for the project on April 25. DOH and UP Manila Collaborate to Advance Field Epidemiology Training Program
