BCDA welcomes dismissal of MCWMC’s complaint

Manila: The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) welcomed the dismissal of Metro Clark Waste Management Corp.’s (MCWMC) complaint against the BCDA and Clark Development Corp. (CDC) on the Kalangitan sanitary landfill. In a statement on Wednesday, the BCDA said the Regional Trial Court Branch 114 in Angeles City dismissed the complaint seeking to include an automatic renewal clause to the 25-year contract for services over the 100-hectare Kalangitan sanitary landfill in Capas, Tarlac between MCWMC and CDC. BuCor, DOH address TB incidence among PDLs

Manila: Prison and health officials on Wednesday announced a plan of action to immediately address the incidence of tuberculosis among persons deprived of liberty (PDLs).
