PAOCC: POGOs under monitoring down to 100

Manila: The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) said Monday there has been a sharp decline in the number of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs) under its monitoring. UN hails ‘people-centered’ PH approach in disaster risk reduction

Manila: The head of the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) on Monday praised the Philippines’ people-centered approach in disaster risk reduction. PSEi slightly up, peso weakens

Manila: The local stock market rebounded on Monday, while the peso closed weaker against the dollar.
