Baguio: The Commission on Elections’ (Comelec) provincial and city offices in the Cordillera region have transmitted 1,457 certificates of candidacy (COCs) and certificates of nomination and acceptance (CONA). Manila: Dengue cases recorded from Jan. 1 to Oct. 4 is 82 percent higher than the same period last year, the Department of Health (DOH) said Friday. There are 269,467 confirmed infections as compared to 147,678 cases last year.
