VEP RFID Registration: Two Additional Locations In Johor To Open On Sunday

PUTRAJAYA, Two additional locations for the registration of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags for the Foreign Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) in Johor will begin operations on Sunday (Sept 22) to assist Singapore vehicle owners. These locations are at the Road Transport Department (JPJ) in Taman Daya, Johor Bahru and the Southern Region Road Transport Academy in Larkin, also in Johor Bahru, each capable of accommodating 800 and 400 vehicles per day, respectively. KUALA LUMPUR, Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) is exploring the use of advanced water treatment technologies through artificial intelligence (AI) to monitor, predict and detect the quality of raw water from Selangor’s rivers before it is treated at the state’s 34 water treatment plants.
