KUALA LUMPUR, The Community Development Department (KEMAS) and the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote the culture of early savings through the National Education Savings Scheme (SSPN) among KEMAS staff and target groups.
