Metro Manila to stay under MECQ

Metro Manila will remain under the stricter modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) until Sept. 15, Malacañang announced on Tuesday. National Treasurer Rosalia de Leon said Tuesday the rate of increase of reissued seven-year Treasury bonds (T-bond) is in line with rates in the secondary market.
