MANILATropical Depression Karding has maintained its strength and remained almost stationary over the Philippine Sea on Wednesday.
In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said "Karding" was last observed 1,150 kilometers east of Calayan, Cagayan with maximum winds of 55 kms. per hour and gustiness up to 65 kph.
