MANILAThe Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said scattered rainshowers will prevail in some areas of the country on Friday as the tail-end of a cold front and the northeast monsoon affect eastern Visayas and Luzon, respectively.
In its 24-hour forecast, Pagasa said eastern Visayas and the Cagayan region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the tail-end of a cold front.
The regions of Cagayan, Cordillera, Bicol, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered light rainshowers brought by the northeast monsoon.
