Another kidnapping is being blamed on the Abu Sayyaf as gunmen seized four Malaysians near Sabah.
The victims were onboard a tugboat when they were taken Friday evening.
The Armed Forces of the Philippines said Malaysia has sought its help in locating the hostages.
