MANILA The southwest monsoon (habagat) will continue to bring scattered rain showers in some parts of Luzon Thursday.
In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Zambales and Bataan will experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the southwest monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 27-31 degrees Celsius, Metro Cebu 26-33 degrees Celsius, and Metro Davao 25-33 degrees Celsius. (PNA)
