MANILA While generally fair weather is expected, the southwest monsoon will bring rains over parts of Luzon on Tuesday.
In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA weather forecaster Meno Mendoza said severe thunderstorms may cause flash floods or landslides in these areas.
The whole country, meanwhile, will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 25-33 degrees Celsius; Tuguerarao City 24-36 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 16-24 degrees Celsius; SBMA 24-32 degrees Celsius; Lipa City 24-34 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 25-33 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 24-33 degrees Celsius. (PNA)
