MANILA Scattered rains will prevail over the country until Thursday afternoon, according to an advisory from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
In its 4-p.m. weather bulletin effective for 24 hours, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the other parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to local thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds will also cause moderate to rough coastal waters in Northern Luzon.
The eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience moderate to rough coastal waters due to moderate to strong winds.
Slight to moderate coastal waters will also occur in the rest of the country brought by light to moderate winds.
