MANILA Cloudy skies with scattered rains will prevail over the country from Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
In its 4 p.m. weather bulletin, which is effective for 24 hours, PAGASA said Ilocos, Batanes, and the Babuyan group of islands will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
Metro Manila and other parts of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by local thunderstorms.
The northern and western section of Northern Luzon will also experience rough to very rough coastal waters due to strong to gale winds.
The eastern section of Northern Luzon, on the other hand, will have moderate to rough coastal waters caused by moderate to strong winds.
The rest of the country will experience slight to moderate coastal waters due to light to moderate winds.
