Metro Manila and other parts of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by local thunderstorms.
Moderate to rough coastal waters will also prevail over Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon due to moderate to strong winds.
The rest of the country, on the other hand, will experience slight to moderate coastal waters due to light to moderate winds.
