MANILA-- Cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers is expected in most parts of the country on Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Adminstration (PAGASA) said.
In its advisory, PAGASA said the monsoon trough, the dominant weather system affecting the country, will bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the regions of Ilocos, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA and Western Visayas.
The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
It added that light to moderate winds coming from the southwest to south will prevail over the western sections of Luzon and the Visayas and from the southeast to south over the rest of the country.
The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
The state weather bureau has not issued gale warning so fisherfoks can safely venture into the seas.
