Partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to localized thunderstorms,
Meanwhile, strong winds will blow over extreme northern Luzon, where coastal waters will be rough.
Moderate to strong winds will prevail over the eastern section of Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate, with slight to moderate seas, the weather forecast said. (PNA)
