MANILA The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will bring scattered rain showers over Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Thursday.
In its 24-hour forecast, PAGASA also said Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds from the east to northeast will prevail over Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
Temperature in Metro Manila will range from 25-43 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 25-39 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 17-25 degrees Celsius; Angeles City 27-36 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 27-32 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 25-33 degrees Celsius. (Lily O. Ramos/PNA)
