Tropical depression "Auring" has made its second landfall over Ubay, Bohol, state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Admnistration (PAGASA) said Monday morning.
In its 5 a.m. bulletin, PAGASA said areas under tropical cyclone signal no. 1 are Cuyo Island, Bohol, Siquijor, Negros, southern Leyte, Cebu, Guimaras, Iloilo, southern part of Antique, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Norte including Siargao Island, Dinagat province, Misamis Oriental and Camiguin.
"Auring" has maximum winds of up to 45 kph and gustiness of up to 75 kph.
Rains with gusty winds is expected over Central Visayas and the provinces of Guimaras, Capiz, Iloilo, southern part of Antique, Agusan del Norte, Surigao del Norte including Siargao Island, Dinagat province, Misamis Oriental, Camiguin, Negros Occidental, southern Leyte and Cuyo Island.
Cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and isolated thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides will be experienced over the rest of Visayas.
The rest of Mindanao, Mimaropa and Bicol regions will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.
In Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be experienced.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from northeast will prevail over Luzon, and coming from northeast to northwest over the rest of the country.
The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough, PAGASA added.
