MANILA-- Most parts of the country will experience rains on Wednesday due to the southwest monsoon affecting the entire archipelago, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Metro Manila, Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, central Luzon, Bicol, eastern and central Visayas, Caraga and Zamboanga Peninsula will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, moderate to occasionally strong winds will blow from southwest over northern and western section of Luzon.
Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from southwest to west with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
