MANILA-- Most parts of the country will experience rains on Tuesday due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone affecting southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms are expected over Visayas, Mindanao, Mimaropa, Aurora and Quezon.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, moderate to occasionally strong winds will blow from southwest over the western part of Luzon, and from southeast over extreme northern Luzon.
Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough.
Light to moderate winds will blow from east to southeast over the rest of Luzon, and from east to northeast over Visayas and Mindanao with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
