MANILA The low pressure area (LPA) will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some provinces in Luzon on Friday.
In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the LPA was spotted at 710 kilometers east of Baler, Aurora.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Camarines provinces, Aurora, Quezon and Catanduanes will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the LPA.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy or cloudy due to localized thunderstorms, particularly in the late afternoon or evening.
Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 23-33 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 23-30 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 15-21 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 24-32 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 24-33 degrees Celsius. (PNA)
