MANILA – Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach looks as elegant as ever as she graces the cover of a society magazine.
Philippine Tatler decided to “change things a bit” by featuring Wurtzbach as its cover girl for April, which is the magazine’s annual Men’s Issue.
As it unveiled its latest cover on Friday on its Facebook page, Philippine Tatler noted that Wurtzbach’s victory “has put the country in the limelight once again.”
Wurtzbach ended the Philippines’ 42-year drought in the Miss Universe pageant, making her the country’s third winner.
The two others are Margie Moran (1973) and Gloria Diaz (1969).
After her homecoming last January, Wurtzbach again returned to the Philippines during the Holy Week break to shoot a commercial and to spend some quality time with close friends.
She will be back for the Bb. Pilipinas coronation night on April 17 to pass on her crown to the country’s next representative to the Miss Universe pageant.
