MANILA-- Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains is expected over Luzon on Sunday as northeast monsoon affects the area, state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Weather forecaster Robert Badrina added that cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms may be experienced over the regions of eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao.
Cloudy skies with light rains, on the other hand, will prevail over Cagayan Valley and Bicol.
The rest of Visayas and Mindanao may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the entire archipelago with moderate to rough seas.(PNA)
