MANILA-- The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Luzon and Visayas will continue to bring rains over these islands, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday.
Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms Are expected over Ilocos, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, western Visayas, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Zambales and Bataan.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, moderate to occasionally strong winds will blow from southwest to southeast over the western part of Luzon, and from southeast over extreme northern Luzon.
Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough.
Light to moderate winds will blow from southeast over the rest of Luzon, and from southwest to south over Visayas and Mindanao with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
