MANILA-- Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Soccsksargen and ARMM will experience light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms Thursday due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting southern Mindanao, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, on the other hand, will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, it added.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will blow from southwest to south over Palawan, and from southeast to south over the rest of the archipelago.
The country's coastal waters will be slight to moderate, PAGASA said.
