MANILA -- Isolated rainshowers will prevail over the country on Saturday, the state weather bureau said.
The northeast monsoon affecting extreme northern Luzon will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains over Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds will blow over northern Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
