MANILA-- The country will continue to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms on Monday, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
The ridge of a high pressure area (HPA) also continues to affect the eastern section of Luzon and the Visayas, it added.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will blow from southeast to south over southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao, and from south to southwest over the rest of the archipelago.
The country's coastal waters will be slight to moderate, PAGASA said.
