MANILA -- Isolated rainshowers will continue to prevail over most parts of the archipelago, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday.
The northeast monsoon that's still affecting northern Luzon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands.
Davao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the trough of a low pressure area (LPA), according to PAGASA.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds will blow over northern Luzon, and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
