MANILA -- Most parts of the country will experience isolated rainshowers and scattered rains, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday.
The northeast monsoon affecting Luzon will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol, eastern Visayas, Aurora and Quezon.
It will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest Luzon.
Mindanao and the rest of Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, strong to gale winds will blow over northern Luzon, eastern part of central and southern Luzon, northern and eastern Samar. Coastal waters along these areas will be rough to very rough.
Moderate to strong winds will prevail over the rest of Luzon and Visayas. Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
Over Mindanao, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
