MANILA The northeasterly surface windflow prevails over northern Luzon and will bring isolated rain showers in some areas Friday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 4 a.m. forecast that Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the province of Aurora, will have cloudy skies with rain showers and isolated thunderstorms caused by the northeasterly surface windflow.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country would also be cloudy with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 24-33 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 24-32 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 17-22 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 26-33 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 25-34 degrees Celsius. (PNA)
