MANILA -- Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have fair weather with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday due to localized thunderstorms.
In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said these areas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies.
PAGASA is also monitoring Typhoon Hagibis outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. It was last spotted at 3 a.m. some 2,420 kilometers east of Central Luzon and moving west northwest at a speed of 30 km per hour.
It is packing maximum winds of 200 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 245 kph.
PAGASA said it may enter the PAR on Wednesday (Oct. 9) or Thursday (Oct.10) and would be named "Perla".
Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 24-33 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 23-32 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 15-25 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 26-33 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao 23-24 degrees Celsius. (PNA)
